Welcome to Ganzhi Journal (the "App"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") are established by Taonote AI ("we," "us") and govern your use of this App. Please read these Terms carefully before using the App. By using the App, you agree to all terms herein.

1. Service Description

Ganzhi Journal is a journaling app based on the traditional Chinese Heavenly Stems and Earthly Branches (Ganzhi) system, offering:

• Daily Ganzhi fortune viewing and recording
• Journal writing and mood tracking
• AI-powered "Echo" (daily insight) generation
• AI-powered "Full Report" (in-depth analysis) generation

2. Eligibility

• You must be at least 13 years old to use this App
• Minors must have parental or guardian consent to use this App
• You must have a valid Apple ID to use this App

3. Account & Security

• You create an account through Apple Sign-In
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
• Do not share your account with others
• Contact us immediately if you discover unauthorized use of your account

4. User Content

Journal entries you create in this App ("User Content") belong to you. You grant us a limited license solely to:

• Provide the App's core functionality (storage, sync, display)
• Send journal content to AI service providers to generate analysis reports

We will not use your User Content for any purpose beyond the above, including advertising, marketing, or selling to third parties.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use this App to:

• Engage in any illegal activities
• Distribute harmful, harassing, or infringing content
• Attempt to hack, reverse engineer, or interfere with the App's normal operation
• Abuse AI analysis features (e.g., malicious quota consumption, spamming)

We reserve the right to terminate accounts for violations of acceptable use.

6. In-App Purchases

• This App offers paid AI analysis quota
• All purchases are processed through the Apple App Store
• Quota will be added to your account upon purchase completion
• Quota does not expire and cannot be transferred to other accounts
• Refund requests must be handled through Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com

7. Intellectual Property

• All design, features, code, and content of this App (excluding User Content) are owned by Taonote AI
• You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of this App without authorization
• AI-generated "Echo" and "Full Report" content is for your personal reference only

8. Disclaimer

• Ganzhi analysis and AI-generated content in this App are for entertainment and reference purposes only and do not constitute any professional advice
• We make no warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of AI-generated content
• The App is provided "as is" and we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Taonote AI shall not be liable for any indirect damages, data loss, or loss of profits arising from the use or inability to use this App.

10. Service Changes & Termination

• We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the service at any time
• Users will be notified in advance of material changes
• You may stop using the App and delete your account at any time

11. Terms Updates

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China and the State of California, USA, as applicable based on the user's location.
